Repair Warranty Terms & Condition

The conditions below describe the prerequisites and scope of our warranty.

The warranty does not affect your statutory rights. These warranty conditions apply to repairs conducted by Mkazone LTD in the United Kingdom.

Mkazone LTD provides 6 months warranty for all repairs, unless otherwise stated on the receipt, as some types of repairs have differing warranty periods.  

Where repairs are conducted in store, customers are to bring the item back to the store, so that warranty repairs can be conducted. For devices which are sent in by post for repair, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to Mkazone LTD and also providing return labels that are insured to the full value of the item being sent in. Mkazone LTD will use the return label provided by the customer, after a warranty repair has been concluded.


We provide warranty cover for repairs subject to the following conditions:

Note: The “device” mentioned below, is referred to the item that was brought in or shipped to Mkazone LTD for repair.

  • We will rectify defects affecting the device which are clearly attributable to material and/or repair faults, provided they are reported immediately after being identified, and within 6 months of the date the item was received by the customer.

  • Warranty provision will be free of charge and we will decide whether this will take the form of a repair or the replacement of the device. Please note that replaced parts pass into our ownership.

  • If the device was brought back into store for a warranty repair, a receipt must be presented in each case showing the date when the repair was initiated. Failure to provide a receipt will result in no warranty being provided. Other forms of proof are not accepted.

  • The warranty period for when any warranty repairs were conducted, ends with the expiry of the warranty on the device as a whole.

We reserve the right to invalidate the warranty:

  • If repairs are performed by persons not authorised by us to take such action, or the device has been modified in any way.

  • Any exterior damage to the device has taken place.

  • In the event of physical or verbal abuse towards any member of staff.


We may vary these terms and conditions from time to time provided that such changes do not materially affect the nature and quality of the warranty provided hereunder. Any such changes will be notified to you as soon as is reasonable practicable.
